Kimberley Ridge 410 is a 3-bedroom plus loft unit with 3 bathrooms; at 1500 sqft, it is one of the largest condos at the resort base. It has five real beds plus two, comfortable, pull-out sofas. Book direct online to save 10-15% off Airbnb/VRBO pricing.

This Kimberley getaway features a private hot tub, Shaw 100 MBPS wifi and a Netflix-enabled 49" TV with HD cable. The back deck overlooks Mark Creek and has an oversized, eight-person hot tub with deep seating patio furniture. The front deck has a Weber, natural gas BBQ and in 2026 we installed new carpet throughout and beautiful new hemlock interior doors.

 

The next-door unit, Kimberley Ridge 411, is a mirror image and is connected with a soundproof door through the living room. Together, the two condos form The Super Condo when both units are available. It's an incredible property for large families or groups. Ample parking right outside the stairs to the condo.
